Yes, for most fixtures we can customize size, finish and hanging length. We offer complimentary changes to finish and wire extensions. Changes in sizes and hanging rod extensions have cost implications. Customized fixtures take longer than standard fixtures. Email us with your specs.
Pieces that accept replaceable bulbs ship with or without them, depending on the product options available. All bulbs are replaceable. Integrated-LED fixtures arrive ready to install and have a typical 60,000 hours of operating life under standard conditions.
Every shipment is fully insured. If a piece arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days of receipt and we will ship a partial or full replacement at no cost.
Yes. Share your room dimensions, ceiling height, and a photo. Our team will recommend the right scale and drop length.
Every fixture is covered by a two-year quality warranty against manufacturing and finish defects. If something goes wrong, we replace the part or the piece without charge.
30-day returns are available on uninstalled fixtures in original packaging. Custom pieces and open box items are non-returnable but covered by the same warranty.
